Default Clutch Adjustment - Hydraulic

I was wondering if a Hydraulic clutch can be adjusted? I have a 2005 Accord V6.

Thanks!

The system itself cannot, the pedal can be.

By adjusting the pedal will this help shorten the distance so the transition to the next gear is a lot smoother. Currently I change gears and it engages near the end of my depression. Its not a very smooth transition and I'm scared I'm going to ruin the clutch.
