Finishing up my turbo setup :P
I plan on posting pictures after i complete and drive this thing for a few miles sorry for the newness of my question however , im running a tial waste gate with a 8 pound spring... blah blah anyways i am curious on the bottom line does it hookup to my vac block or does it hook to the cold side of the turbo . And i don't plan on blowing up on a fresh motor so please please please be honest .

it is? ive never seen vaccuum at that location.
the side port of the wastegate needs to go to BOOST source considering thats what opens a wastegate. many including TiAL will argue that it needs to be pre-throttle body. (ex: compressor cover) others run it to any vac source post throttle body will work as well. the wastegate will function either way.
