well i plan to have a couple of buddies teach me how to do an oil change, yes i kno...i dont know how to do it, lol...so far i think i might just go with 99 cent store regular natural oil, hopefully something penzoil or mobil 1, also does anyone kno what type for my engine? thanks, 2003 civic lx coupe.
you mentioned your cars a 7thgen LX already. Your really going to buy motor oil from the 99 cents store? come on now...You can get conventional motor oil for a couple of more bucks. seriously, if you go cheap on a car, your going to pay for it.

The oil capacity is 4.4 quarts, dry. But when doing a change put 3.4 quarts into the car.
