How do you incorporate kill switch w/ turbo timer?
Hmmm.... That's a good question... Something I hadn't thought of when putting together my turbo build.
I would think that it would be possible with a momentary switch & a relay or two. You would need to wire up the switch to "latch" on with the first press, keeping power to the fuel pump (or igntion or whatever you've tapped into), then "unlatch" when power was cut.
So, when you get in the car, you would turn the car to "run", press the button once, and you'd hear the relay click once. Then, you'd drive away. When you turn the key to off, the turbo timer would take over, and when it shuts off, it cuts power to the relay, and it resets for the next time.
Sounds good in theory, but I have no idea how that would wire up.

Two SPDT relays, or a 4PDT relay, depends on current capacity needed.
Wiring is as fallows...
12V+ ign., [switched] to 85 of both relays 30, 87a and 87 of relay one can be used to open or close a pos.(+) or neg.(-) circuit.
30 of relay two goes to ground.
86 of both relays are connected to 87 of relay two.
A momentary grounding switch is also connected to 86 of relay two.
Pressing momentary switch will energize relay two, closing 30 and 87, 87 of relay two will now supply a ground to 86 of bot relays, "latching" them, once ign. is turned off, [85 of both relays] relays will unlatch.
I have this on my 94LS starter lead, from ign. switch to 30 on relay one, from 87 on relay one to starter/relay, 87a of relay one goes to a horn from a 68 Chev., I have forgotten to hit my momentary switch, after ign. is turned on, only a few times, do you know how loud a horn from a 68 Chev is.
This is a passive system and not part of my alarm, just another layer to drive the crooks nuts, they may be able to bust my ign., but they are in for a big surprise

Meh, what happens if I lose the lighter? Then I'm stuck sticking pennies & aluminum foil in the socket to start my car. I won't lose a cruise control switch.
Just gotta figure out how to remove the "catch" inside to make it momentary.

Ahhhh, but alas, they are gone. Momo aftermarket steering wheel. That's why I was using the cruise on/off switch.
