Default S300 pin location for pwm boost control

I've searched for a wiring diagram or location of pins but I can't fine out where I wire this boost controller to. Sorry if this has been asked before.

Number two on google search for "OBD1 ECU Pinout" has pinouts, photos, and explanations.

http://www.ff-squad.com/technet/wiring.obd1.htm

A11 is it as stated on Hondata's site.
