Default OBD1 Gsr in OBD2a Civic Dx CEL Help

OBD1 Gsr in OBD2a Civic Dx Hatch With P28 ECU
Throwing CEL codes

5(MAP) Have no clue help me out. Can this cause vaccum leak? because my idle bounces. I had tried switching a plug and it stops bouncing but isnt driveable, only goes to 10 miles and cant go any further. I switch back and it drives but idle bounces at stop. Is there a way to plug up the vaccum canister? I have a p73(type r) intake manifold and ive see others that have a lil plug where one of the vaccum hose goes to on the throttle body right next to the map sensor. this type r dosnt have one. help please.

19(Automatic Trans lock control valve) I got a 5spd, what is this?

21(Vtec Spool) Not hooked ,not worried
22(Vtec Pressure) Not hooked, not worried

41(Primary Oxygen Sensor) Not hooked. My DX motor has 2 sensors in front i just got to hook up one of them am i correct? The B Series header has no sensor in front, its at the end of the header but its pluged up so i guess i have to extend and unscrew the plug and plug in the sensor.

Also if anyone know how it suppose to run with these errors let me know.
Examples like idle fluctuation, car jerking during acceleration(currently doing that, maybe need a diff throttle cable or need a bracket cuz i dont have one, its ziped tied lol) etc...

Sound like you have an automatic ECU. This is how you can tell:

ECU
MANUAL & AUTOMATIC
88-91 ECUs (PM6, PR4, PW0, PR3, PM7):
5spd = 000, 001, 002, A00, A01, A10, J00, J001, C01, C00
Auto = J51, J50, A50, A51, 901, A60, C50, C51, X30, A80
92-5 ECUs (P28, P30, P61, P72, P91, P08)
5spd = 000, 001, 002, 003, A00, A01, A02, C00, C01, C02, J00, J01, J02
Auto = J50, J51, 901, 902, C50, C51, C52, A50, A51, A52
96-00 ECUs (P2E, P2P, P2J, P72)
5spd = 000, 001, 002, 003, A00, A01, A03, C00, C01, C02, C03, J00, J01, J02, A11, C11
Auto = A70, A71, A72, A91, A92, C70, C71, C72, C91, C92
From the patterns we can learn the following:
-First letter = country of origin
J = Japan
C= Canada

Check and replace first. Then check codes again.
