You need to upgrade the springs too. Most people just put their intake valve springs on the exhaust side and buy a new set of ITR intake valves springs only.

With a stock redline, you should be able to use the ITR cams no problem. It's when you go over your stock redline that you'll need new valve springs.

Of course, it never hurts to upgrade the valvetrain while you're in there...

Not planing to up the redline. Goin turbo anyways. Just droping these in for now. Btw, when you guyz are talkin about upin the redline is that controlled by another ecu and the itr or other valvetrain is just there to keep it safe. Is this correct? How do you up the redline then? So I can drop the Itr Cams in my gsr without any problems? I don't need to buy anything extra right? I don't want to up the redline. Thanks for all the help.

Did you miss my post, or ignore it?

You can put them in and they'll work. But who's to say whether the extra lift and duration will not be more wear on your stock springs than they were considered for when Honda installed them. Id leave it to Honda to let me know, myself.

Do what you want. Obviously it makes no diff.

you are asking to destroy your exhaust valves if you do it that way.
you will have no buffer in what your valves can do mechanically
at 10.5mm of lift and closing 10deg after top dead center.... no

besides... dont up the intake cam for boost. slow it down by using
the stock cam, use the exhaust only!! will make more power
