Question about sensors on y8 i.m. for minime
Hi i am doing a minime swap on my 97 civic. i am using the y8 head on my y7 block and so far am good with that however i was wondering because i dont have an intake manifold for it yet so i was curious if i could put on a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body. the problem i am having is if i buy a iacv for the 5spd y8 i.m. then can i use all of my sensors and everything off of my y7 or do i need to get new ones from a y8? also is it even worth it to go with the skunk2 im/tb or should i just pick up a stock complete im/tb with all sensors? thanks in advance. eric.

Stock manifold complete with sensors might be a better deal. The stock manifold is pretty big on the y8s anyway. If you can get the stock mani. with the IACV, then it's worth it. Make sure it's manual...if you're using a manual EX ecu.
I think there's a couple of intake manifold sensor plugs that are different. But i'm not 100%. It should all be pretty compatible.
You delete the orange wire on the IACV plug. You'll have to search on what to do with the 2 other ones. There's a pin change at the ECU, im pretty sure...but I dont remember which pin. I did this when I did my B series swap on my old EK (that I sold
