In the summer on hot days I have an overheating issue at idle or in traffic. I've heard that water wetters could help, but is there another product out there anybody know of? The problem is nothing mechanical it's just that after boosting the car its a lot hotter. I had to go with a half rad as well, so I know that could be the problem, but I cant have a full sized rad because theres no room.
Well, it may suck to do this, especially in the summer, but if you're overheating turning your heat on full blast will help cool the engine down by gettin the heat out of the engine. Other than that, having a half rad isn't gonna help and there's really no solid solution for it. I'm not familiar with water wetters, so I will let others comment on those.
75% water 25% coolant mixture + water wetter. I've heard good things about the Redline and Royal Purple water wetters. you can pick up the redline at most auto aprts stores, dont think i ever seen the royal purple stuff around local aprts stores. possibly look into a vented hood also? are you overheating more during low speed/traffic, or all the time almost? maybe look into a fan that can pull more air or a more efficient shroud, possibly try one of those rad shrouds thats real popular right now, sure you can find one on ebay for fairly cheap.
Honestly, I would change your manifold and charge piping so you can put a full sized rad in there. The larger engines in accords aren't meant to run with a half rad, and with it being turboed is only making the problem worse.
Do you have a high flow radiator? The only other thing I can think of is dual electric fans, but it sounds like you're already hurtin for room so I doubt they would squeeze in there.

. yeah, bringing the oil temp down will help alot in keeping everything cooler.

yeah I might have room to add another fan, but I will have relocate the battery and place the filter where the battery is, then I will have some extra room. As far as oil cooler, I am not familiar with that? When do you add it and can you get some at any parts store? I was browsing the net and came up with this product, what do you think of it?

as for the oil cooler you can get them in a lot of different sizes, styles, and from any auto parts store, or even junk yards. most heavy duty (truck) automatic transmissions use them, and they will work fine. look in to an after market one designed to work with turbo applications, that might have a small fan that you could wire up to the radiator fan switch.
also with a water wetter it seems like a temporary fix to a larger problem.

im no chemist but it has something to do with water molecules in its natural state tend bunch up together and as a result doesnt make as much contact with a surface (ie. radator) as it can, the water wetter is suppose to loosen them up or something so they can contact the radiator more...or something...maybe im right...maybe i just made it up...i dont know. haha

the cooling system is under constant pressure when warm, i doubt the water wetter would have any affect on the rate of the leak. plus, why would you use water wetter if you have a leak?

First of all, the Redline Water Wetter is a great product and does indeed work. You can pick it up at Advance Auto Parts for 6 bucks a bottle. That's just a start to try and help. Running a half rad with a turbo is asking for overheating. If you aren't running an oil cooler now, start, especially since you're using an oil cooled turbo. If you're going to get one and want one cheap, get one from a 2nd Gen RX-7 (86-91) in the junk yard. They are better than most aftermarket coolers made and are long and short meaning they won't block your radiator flow. Skip the idea of using a fan on the oil cooler. The only fan you'd be able to fit on it would be a computer fan which won't come remotely close to being able to push enough CFM to do any good, not to mention it'll only be a restriction once the car isn't sitting still. Just adding the oil cooler will make a huge difference.
