Default Reasonable price for block work.... am I getting screwed??

This is the work i need done...
-Bore cylinders .020 over
-Install Eagle Rods and JE pistons
-Balance reciprocating mass (including clutch\flywheel)
-Micropolish crank
-Assemble shortblock

I got quoted $1040 without bearings\seals. Seemed steap to me.

Thanks,
