If you are running a CARB legal intake or header you will be fine. Make sure the intake/header is made for your car/engine because they did run the numbers on mine. As far as running Hondata Im not too sure how thorough they are will checking your ECU. If they dont check your ECU up and down I would make sure your air/fuel is set close enough to stock as not to screw with your emissions.

i dont thik intake should be a problem.... goes more by your 02 sensor and ecu tuning more then anything it seems like. the better your car is running the more likely it is cleaner.

thanks for the input guys, keep em comin! I was originally going to get hondata s300 with oem base map for h22 just so I dont have to wire everything up and buy a p13 ecu, then buy hondata later... but I just want to get it done right.

you are gonna need a stock ecu, they check for the proper ecu wioth the motor. no piggy back systems. and any after market part is legal as long as it applys for that certain application. if you have aftermarket stuff on there its gonna take a bit longer cause they gotta check with the bar site to see if the carg e.q is registered with that motor its being used on.

i bared my 95 LS with aem cold air and dc ceramic headers

but you have to run an oem ecu LOL

anybody ever pass bar with a gutted ecu or chipped ECU? for the orignal motor..say you have a p75 and chipped it,

i say take the hondata black lid off of it then bolt on some gold hue'd oem one. and make sure that ecu is the same for the engine you have in the car. obviousl k-pro wont hack it but the s200,s300 will probably pass
