Default 95 integra gsr full swap into ej1

i just got done with my 95 integra gsr swap into my 95 civic ex... i used my stock z6 harness on it and extended the plugs when neccasary- i am using a stock p28 ecu just to make sure the motor still runs since i pulled it out of the previous vehicle. i started the car last night and it sounded like it was a v8 with an insane cam.... or running on 2-3 cylinders- ur call- when i pulled the motor out of the car 3-4 weeks ago it ran fine- very smooth no smoke ran a little rich considering it has rc 550 fuel injectors b&m fpr and an str fuel rail. everything in the harness is connected and i am just wondering what would make the car run like it is? any ideas- i did not get a p72 ecu when i bought the motor however i do have a p13 h22a1 ecu which is from a full h22a1 swap i also have- if the ecu is the problem then should i try it with the p13 since that is meant for a dohc vtec motor? does anyone have any ideas of why the motor ran fine when it came out now it runs like total ****???? any help is better than no help

does it do it when you rev or at idle. if when you rev,you have the map and tps senor plug switched.

I would say you need a dif ECU if your still using the z6.

the ecu that was with the motor had no badges on it indicating what it was- plus the vtec solenoid was not hooked up in the lkast car the motor was in so i dont even know if it was a vtec ecu.... but im pretty sure the tps and map sensor are in the right spot on because the wire from the sensor on the back of the TB isnt long enough to reach the top of the TB so any other ideas?

there is no way that the stock p28 should run right with those injectors get the stock injectors for the motor or chip and tune your ecu the second one would be better
