Personally, I would do a ton of maintenance and preventative maintenace as well. There is no point in dropping money on your car then having it go down shortly-after due to some stupid things. Get the car running 100%.
From there just figure out what your goals are with the car. Also, you can never go wrong with upgrading your suspension, brakes, and/or tires.
Just my 2 cents though. </TD></TR></TABLE>

I agree that you should do the engine maintenance stuff first, but if you bought it for that cheap, I'd head for a manual conversion. It shouldn't be difficult or very expensive to amass all your parts until you know what you're doing with it.
The best thing you could do right now is research and learn more. Even if you wanted to turbo it, you dont have the money and you DO NOT have the knowledge to do it. Take a little time, figure out what meets your needs, goal and budget, then move forward.

I would estimate about $1000 for the parts (transmission, clutch, pedals, ECU modification, etc.). Please see the FAQ thread for an informative link.

Are you competent to perform this work? If not, add in labor as well.

And start looking now for a shop. It will prolly be hard to find someone to do this for you.
You could sell the car and make some profit however.

lol. or sell it to me.
swap some other cheap integra wheels on there, keep the blades/swirlies for yourself (they, alone, are worth near $400), and sell the darn thing and buy yourself a manual one. that's worth the headache.
