Whats going on members, i know this has been covered but had one question to ask, when shifting into gears 2nd- 5th it seems to be hard and notchy shifts, now i had my tranny fluid changed less then a week ago, and it seemed to be fine after the fluid was changed i used Honda MTF for the fluid, and then the issue started again with hard shifts, no griding of any gears, unless i dont have the clutch in all the way, and friday night i had replaced my CMC and after i bleed the clutch and got all the air out it shifted like butter nice and smooth, and then the next day the issue came back, hard shifting, through out the whole summer the car shifted perfect so i dont think it would be clutch or PP or Flywheel, i know my throw out bearing makes noise, so at this point i am completly lost and have no idea what could be causing the issue, maybe rebleed my clutch, and when i replaced my CMC i did get a NEW CMC from a local carquest store, the hard shifts started as soon as it started to get cold out and started to snow, so i dont know if there is packed frozen snow on my linkage that could be causing the issue, or could be the slave cylinder that could be bad because that was not replaced but seemed fine. the car is a 94 LS Integra with 161,xxx miles.

if anyone could please provided me with answers or any help would be greatly appreciated

I've heard that Redline brand MTF can improve notchy feeling shifts as compared to Honda MTF.

just a thought
