Default heat, but not hot

i just replaced the water pump, got a new radiator about 5 months and a new thermostat.....

the problem is that when the car warms up and i turn on the heat, the heat is not hot, it's like luke warm, but not hot like before....

the upper radiator hose is hot, but the lower one is cold, but when i open the cap and let the car run, the lower hose gets hotter....the radiator cap is still the old one....

the heater blower works because the lines that run into it are hot and the valve that opens and closes it is still good.....

i don't know what is going on, i need help....its fricken cold outside and i need heat....
