this question might be a little vague but i jus brought home a diagnostic scaner from my work and i jus wanna hook it up to my 92 civic si hb but i donno where the hook up or wat wire to use. if nebody can help please do so... thanks in advanced.

 

I believe the service connector for the 5th gen is a two pin connector on the far passenger side.

You use a jumper wire to read it. The check engine light will just blink though. It's not like the OBDII scanners.

 

you can jump the 2pin connector or hook the scanner up to the 3pin connector.
