im prepping my crx for my turbo kit which ill be putting on next week, i did a ported and polished d16 a6 head, all redone valve seals valve job etc.. i gasket matched the intake mani to it. im using a d16z6 intake mani and an LS throttle body, which is also slightly ported , it runs great but my problem is the lowest i can set my idle is 1000 rpm. it has no vac leaks at all. only way i can solve this is to block off the IACV but then when its cold ill have to manually warm the car up to keep it running which is a pain . im just wondering why this is on my zdyne i have idle set to 800 using 450 cc injectors. it doesnt bother me that much but since the idle stays high it tends to start to fluctuate after the car is warmed up .. its annoying. the FITV is also blocked off completely. so i dunno . i guess i may have to just deal with it.
