Ok first off my car is a 92cx hatch, with a jdm type r swap (b18c-r) with bolt ons a tune and 255lph fuel pump. I had been driving around with a bad Iacv sensor for a while now (3 weeks) and had no CEL's . (it idled at around 2.5 with surging idle after warmed up). Today I replaced it with a used one not sure what off of, runs awsome no problems at all. But now I have a CEL, Code 14 witch is the IACV... wierd? The car runs great still pops tech, but should I be concerned? It also said I was throwing a code 7 (TPS Sensor) but dont feel any thing wrong with the car... hmm input guys?? Thanks

 

Not sure about the code 7, is that the sensor inside the dizzy maybe? Had problems with code 14 myself after turbo though. Im a dumbshit, so I thought it was a 1 and a 4 originally, replace o2 etc.....anyway, after replacing iacv, i still had code 14, started searching threads here and abroad, finally figured it out. Somewhere in the tech forums someone suggested a vacuum leak might be throwing the code for some reason. I'm too tired to remember why, but after crimping vacuum lines for a while i found the leak, replaced hose, clamped it, reset ecu, no more code 14, idles where it should. good luck....
