Removing inside sound detenation?

I tried searching but no luck. I've seen it once on someones build thread but I can't find it anymore. Well anyways... what is the best way (or product) to remove the sound detenation inside the car?

Most people suggest using dry ice.

really? Hm... some guy on here used a product in a spray can that worked perfectly. Anyone have any other ideas?
