Hey I was Wondering which was better speed/performance wise v-tec or v-tec and whats the difference?

v-tec e is for economy, so i guess better for reliablity instead of performance...

lol, yeah a serious noob at that

read the "what swaps are available for my civic" in the sticky.

Type R refers to the "racing" engines that Honda makes. the Civic Type-R is a b16b, an Integra Type-R is a b18c5. BOth have just regular, plain old vtec.

yeah..plain old vtec is nothing compared to vtec-e...e stands for extreme...extreme fuel efficiency...its what i have..lol

it has some awesome swirl/turbulence going on so it has a very homogenous mixture that allows it to run very lean in low load cruising for outstanding efficiency
