I took my mom's dash apart (96 LS) and there are two blue wires (noth with silver dots on them). I read before that honda has a blue tach wire bihind the dash. are both of these the TACH signal????

There are two blue wires, one of them has a white stripe on it. Its the other blue wire.

its on the plug closest to the temp and tach guages the one with the silver markings on it

 

thats not the one thats on the yellow one...correct?
