Default cigarette lighter doesn't work

My CD Player works though. I don't know if it could be the fuse. I don't smoke, but I would like to use the lighter to plug in my GPS system.

The lighter assembly is very easy to take out. Pull it, and see if it works.

Take a test light and hook it to a good ground. Then, you take the pointy part and stick it down into the lighter onto the metal. If the light lights then that means it's getting power if not then no power. Then you would test your fuses with the test light.

I'm having the same problem-But I have one other problem; the fuse diagram that goes in the bottom of the dash underneath the coin holder...yea umm I lost it; so does anybody have a layout of the fuse diagram so I can check which fuse goes to the cigarette lighter. I would like to use my car charger sometime in the near future lol.

TIA

Test em all with a test light until you find one that's blown.

Have you ever seen how many fuses are down there. Sorry if I don't have as much time as you to test them all. So if somebody could provide the guid or a link to the guide i'm sure me and the poster would appreciate it.
