RADIO STOPPED WORKING! (CHECKED ALL FUSES AND SEARCHED ALREADY!!)
i have a 96 hatch and one day i blew the radio fuse. i changed it and it still didnt work! i checked the backup one under the hood and the one behind the headunit and theyre all good! my headunit has a little blinker light that lights up like every 3 seconds and it still does that, but when i put the face on it doesnt get any power! it doesnt turn on! i used my friends headunit and his didnt turn on either!! what could it be??? any help would be appreciated, thanks!

pull your radio out and double check your wiring. there has to be a break or shorted wire somewhere. you you can't find it visually, use a voltage meter to trouble shoot.
worst case scenerio, when the short occurred it ruined your radio.

What's that mean? I asked a perfectly legitimate question.

i just assumed they "looked good" should i check them with a test light? or try buying new ones? i will also double check the wiring with a test light

I've seen countless fuses blow, but not in the middle like normal, so they "look" good, but have no continuity.
If both fuses test good, then you have a problem with the switched 12v wire going to your deck. If the security light is blinking, then it's getting constant power, but isn't receiving the signal to turn on when you turn the key.
