Default ground wire questions?

What is the best way to ground wire in an EG engine bay with a b series motor? Im not trying to wire tuck because I don’t know how to but I would like to know where and how do people hide their ground wires? Please share how you do it and pictures thank you.

Get a wire brush attachment and a cordless drill and use it to scrape the paint down to shiny metal underneath your grounds.

At the strut tower there's a 10mm bolt holding the battery ground. I usually get a slightly longer 10mm to hold a couple extra ring terminals. Then I get some 8 gauge wire and run the following grounds:

to the thermostat housing
to the starter
to a distributer bolt

I then replace the valve cover ground with an 8 gauge

I replace the transmission ground with a 4 gauge and run a 10 gauge from there to the passenger side headlight ground

I ground the alternator and intake manifold to the driver's side strut tower with a pair of 8 gauge wires and then a 4 gauge to the block

You can also replace the power wire going from the under-hood fuse box to the starter and the other that goes to the alternator.

Anything thicker than the gauges I've suggested is stupid overkill.

You don't need pics for something so simple.

So does getting shocked by the car every time I get out have to do with the OE grounds or should I invest in a chassis-to-ground grounding strap?
