integra stolen need help figuring out what they took
So i got my car stolen Sunday night, and got it back this morning. I can't seem to figure out one of the things they stole from my engine. The wires in the upper right portion of the engine bay were cut, and one of the sensors that connects to the intake manifold is gone. Any help would be appreciated.

the sensor in the pic is the vent solenoid for your charcoal canistor, and your throttle cable looks to be disconnected, but whats up with your power steering hose all shoved over like that with its bracket bent, looks like they yanked somthin up through there, but i cant tell what, got any pics of the whole engine?
Ummm they cut all of the plugs that connect to the firewall harness plugs on the driver side near the strut tower...it will be a pain in the *** to reconnect all of them, but to do itthe cheap way, just go to a pick a part and cut those wires and the plugs back far enough so you can reattach yours to them using either solder and heatshrink or butt connectors. The other way is to purchase a new engine harness. I have no idea why any thief would have done this
...Good luck!!!

Thats what i was wondering, if anyone had any idea what they could have taken from there that would have cause those brackets to be bent. I don't have to worry about fixing it, because i have full insurance coverage. (I knew paying 250 a month for insurance would eventually pay off).
Check and see if maybe they took any of the little sensors off the back of the block by the oil filter. Maybe they were reaching down and around there.

It looks like they removed the 10 mm bolt that holds the wiring harness to a small bracket on the side of the strut tower, probably to be able to move the harness to cut it like they did. In order to do that they would've had to move the ps line bracket, but it still makes no sense from what I can see. Seeems like kind of a worthless theft or someone who had no idea what they were doing, and then got caught in the act and had to give up and stealing the swap???...good luck

They were probably cutting all the wires to get ready to take the engine out.
OP: any pictures of the entire engine bay?

No pics of the entire engine, but that top right, and the battery are the only things. I looked at everything else, and its all good. It was just pissing me off that i couldn't figure out what they were trying to do with all those wires. Some insurance guy is coming today to do an estimate, then I just have to pay 300 more on my deductable and i can get it fully repaired free. Im mostly pissed about my 1200 dollar sound system, cause i know the insurance isn't gonna cover that.
