Help! cleaned engine bay. now my car is smoking? and misfiring!

im guessing that the water got inside where the spark plugs are. this happened to me a few years ago, happened to someone at my work also.

i saw this was posted in Feb but i replied anyways. i jsut let my sparkplug holes dry out overnightn ad it worked in the morning
