Help with installing an si radio in my eg
I had to go and get the harness from a 99 civic for the back of the SI radio, and another harness to conect that harness to the one in my hatch I found a couple of wiring diagrams but I cant get the info I need can some one provide me with a radio wiring diagram to help me get this working right I greatly appreciate it
So you got radio harness for the 92-95 Civic and reverse harness for the Si radio? Just color match the wires, if you did. This is what I did to make a plug and play jumper harness.
^ yeah but ide hate to hack the integra harness for a radio I have the harness you buy when your installing an aftermarket radio to use so I didnt have to cut the harness and I found a diagram that shows what factory wire connect to the aftermarket harness. I connected, and soldered the power and ground but when I go to hook it up nothing Im getting power cause I checked it with a test light, and the radio was working perfect when i pulled it out a couple of days ago

Nope, the Si uses the fatter blue plug, while the 92-95 Civic uses the longer grey plug.

What I did to avoid hacking up the factory radio harness was to buy...
and
Match the wire colors, solder the wires, and plug and play.
Did you pop a fuse while soldering?
Here's a factory harness diagram: http://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/HA-Wiring.pdf
