the linkage doesnt fit for **** in the car anyways as most of you know, I was never able to keep my cup holders so that big ugly *** hole was always there, then I installed the short shifter adaptor, and there was no way in expletive any of the shifter surround would fit at all, so I improvised....

should of got forbiddenmotors short shifter thats what i have its the bomb

 

but it still moves the linkage further up, weather its a full shifter or just the adaptor.

 

you should avoid cable linkages altogether and get an h2b setup.

it was either this, no short shifter, or leave the surround off completely, or h2b . hahahah

if it is raised any higher than stock height it wont fit.
period.
