motor not reving up help plz

Default motor not reving up help plz

i did obd1 swap im running d15 with auto p28 im getting a code cel tdc sensor.
whats going on is i have to floor the gas for the car to come on and when it finally comes on i have to keep it floored for a bit but for the rpms finally move in response to the petal. someone suggested fuel pump i dont know thanks for looking at my problem

In future posts and responses please take the time to capitalize and punctuate properly, it goes a long way to make people more interested in responding.

Have you checked that the distributor wires are properly done? One of hte wires that was originally in the B clip on the OBD0 harness sounds like it may be having an issue; could be distributor side.

Code for TDC more than likely means it's a distributor or wiring issue. You nee dto clear that code up befor eyou do anything else.
