Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on them. I might be taking my car there to get the bumper repainted.

Any inputs greatly appreciated.

They are pricy, but get the job done well.

 

They are a pretty big company and I hear they do good work. That's all I have heard.

 

Buddy's car was fixed there. Although the job was huge and came out OK, they screwed up on the little details- maybe I'm just picky, but I wouldn't take my car there. If you ask me, take your car to PFAFF autobody in New Market. Those are the same guys that have the PFAFF Porsche dealership in Woodbridge and Newmarket. Really good work and Jeff (manager) is an awesome guy to deal with.

Technik, I had a bumper repainted there. sHITTY job, they didn't even fill up some stone chips, they only fill one side of the bumper. They charge me ALOT and didn't get the job done.

NEVER going back there again

 

If you want to make a trip...go to CARSTAR on Wycroft Rd in Oakville. They are good. Did a chin spoiler for me and it was perfect.

 

I went there a few years ago to get some fairly minor body work done. The overall job was OK but they messed up on the small details. When it came time to fix the details, they were pretty half-assed about it. I wouldn't go back based on the priciness of their work.

 

ive never had luck with carstar either. they dont pay attention to details.

Personally experience!!!! Never go back again.

Erin Mills Acura rocks!!!! They paint all the factory brand new defective cars. Make them look like factory paint.

you ONLY goto 427 when insurance pays...never for yourself. the most expensive jobs you can get...

-rage who has dealt with 427 a total of 6 times now, 4 of which the car came back at LEAST 2 days after quote without advanced notice (had to go through too much **** to keep rental car an extra day or two, they did not help)

 

What if its covered under warranty?

 

My previous camry was painted there and I had to take it back 4 times for repolishing to get the glossy factory paint look.
