Default engine trouble non honda helpp

i do not know if this is the right forum if not please direct me what forum

but its my girls car its a 96 dodge stratus she spun into woods i had to install a new rear subframe and tie rods etc

the car would always stall if you put it in gear too fast

the car started the day i got it towed to my house it was finished 3 days later. i get everything tight and take out the jack stands go to start the car it takes a little while starts up and i put it in reverse pretty fast (i wanted to make sure it was leaking oil). and the car stalled out now the car wont start has fuel has spark. timing belt is about 30 thou miles on it. figured maybe i jumped a link in the timing belt but only way to check it is too take off crank pulley but id rather not do that if its somethign stupid. so anything i should check before i get into timing

also the cam gear timiing marks line up and the belt is not missing any links(its a belt so more like ridges)

i live in pa there snow and ice and cold winds i work outside see why i dont wanna do the crank pulley if i dont have too

please help need to get it fixed thank you
