check your coolant level, engine cold so you dont get burned and make sure the hose is soft and not hard holding pressure before removing the cap.

Make sure your car is warmed up. You can block some of the radiator for winter too

Just to give my opinion as a Toyota tech. And I happen to own 3 integras and a civic hb. I would say it sounds like tour t-stat may be stuck open. Not allowing the coolant to get hot unless the engine is at higher rpms. Caused by the t-stat being open the coolant is circulating during warm-up this should only happen when the vehicle is at operating temp. Try a new one there only about 12 bucks at the dealer. my 90 integra had the same problem last winter t-stat was the fix. BE SURE TO BLEED THE COOLING SYSTEM REALLY WELL AND YO SHOULD BE SET...

t-stat is stuck open. $14+$10 for coolant at the local honda or acura dealership. change it out and bleed the coolent system. tegdude was the one to tell me to change mine out. i agree with him.
