I have a D16z6 in my 95 Hatch. I am having a rough idle because of my throttle cable. Is there a specific way to adjust it rather than playing with the two bolts and eyeing the slack while the motor is on? I say that because my throttle has little room for it to adjust because it would either set at 1.5k or 2k rpms or be too low, no in between.

have you tried the idle adjustment screw thats on the throttle body?
