well yesterday i changed from a cold air to a short ram intake and after that my idle keeps jumping up by itself between 2-3k. im running RBC and a stock throttle body and also some of the wires to my tps are extended kinda crappy what do you guys think is wrong? im not seeing any error codes on my k-pro and its idleing high when the throttle body is closed. vaccum leak maybe? i need some help i need my car fixed asap

sounds like the crappy job done on the tps with the extended wires you speak of. Maybe you should correct that wiring issue, that might be your problem. If that doesn't fix it check your IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) it's right under your throttle body. Take it off and clean it out.

Why were your tps wires extended? There is no need for that. What tb adapter are you using? Did you apply permatex to the holes where the bolts go through in the adapter this may be your problem if you didnt.
