Default what to worry on lowing down a car

I am thinking to lower my 97 civic LX with basic tein spring and basic KYB strut. is there any thing I need to reinforce to keep the car frame strong?

No.

Don't forget to have the toe alignment set correctly after changing the ride height.

Oh yeah, if you haven't done it before, take some extra caution on the rear LCA bolts, they tend to seize up.

That is really new to me. I always though that it is necessary to reinforce the car before lowing.
