Default question on running turbo coolant lines to radiator

i've seen a few threads where people are running their coolant lines straight to the radiator. my question is since the coolant system is pressurized, can i have both lines running to the bottom of the radiator and still be good? or should i have one on top and one on bottom?

Alot of radiators have coolant lines in the bottom for a auto tranny--
Id tee the coolant feed or return into that-- hope that helps

I looked into doing it this way before then changed my mind. If I recall correctly you will only run one source to the bottom of the radiator.
