*Mini me help*
Ok so i have a d15b7 block and tranny with a D15b VTEC head..I've had it in my car for a while and I always get a code at 3500 RPM's..Vtec is hooked up and wired right, I think it might be that i need a knock sensor but i read another topic that said the D15b vtec does not have a knock sensor..? I cant check the code because I get the code when im driving and when i stop to check it, it doesnt blink or anything.. So does anybody have an idea what might be up? Thanks if you reply.

You are definatly not checking your ECU codes correctly...
Check in the FAQ section on how to do it correctly.
OBD1 cars store codes for viewing later, so the slightest flicker of the CEL will be recorded for later use.
Also, what ECU are you running to control that setup?

i check them with the blue plug under my glove box, i put a jumper wire in it and watch for the CEL to blink..It does not read the code though.. i have checked other codes before with the same ecu and they all worked. I dont get this code when i turn my key on, i only get it at 3500 rpms and when i shut my car down it dissapears until i get to 3500 again.

You are reading the codes wrong
*From the "HOW TO CHECK YOUR CODES FAQ" https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1901557
3) Locate the jumper plug (Civic 92-95 is grey, 96-00 its blue)
For EG, there is 1 tan wire and 1 green
