did i install this bolt on the short shifter wrong?
well i dont have pics, but i am pretty sure i can describe it.
with my skunk2 short shifter, you get a bolt that comes with the shifter that goes through the bearin.
well on that bolt you have the the bolt, washer, spacer, axle, axle, washer, then nut in that order.
now m question is when i was puttin the big spacer on, does it go on the non threaded part of the bolt? or the side thats threaded? where the nut goes?
sorry but someone should be ableto help me out! lol
because the tighter i make that bolt the tighter my shifting gets and it gets to the point where i cant shift so i think i put the spacer on the wrong side?
can anyone help?

you have the spacer at the end of the bolt??
you have the spacer at the end of the bolt??
it doesn't matter what side you put the spacer on, with the skunk 2 kit they give you 2 VERY smaller washers, those go against the bearings, and just snug it up it doesn't need to be extremely tight
edit: unless you have a B series shifter with the wider base, the spacer is not needed
, it's a universal design
