i have a JDM H22 and M2B4 trans in my CL. and i love it. just to add. but when i take it to 8 grand i really have to rip it into 2nd very hard. not sure if anything is wrong with that. but if so what could that be. i know im being somewhat vague but its a simple question. thanks
Unless it's grinding your probably just discovering what many people racing h-series trannys already know, that cable shifters suck. A good MTF can help a litttle though.

I feel sorry for your engine if you are shifting at 8K RPM.

trust me i hardly taking it there, but when im racing (which isnt often) im not shifting at 6K lol.
gears arent grinding. im thinkin it has something to do with the cable shifter too. which kinda even sucked with my F-series trans.
