Default alarming

i have a 4th gen ('96) and i was just wondering if there is a way to disable or keep the car from locking automatically because i just got a remote start and i still need to use the factory fob to unlock the car then the new remote start fob to start the engine because the remote start fob wont disable the alarm when i unlock the car so i just wanna keep the car from locking and arming the alarm and just use the new fob to lock/unlock/start engine... so, can i disarm the car from locking automatically any input would be great

Wait, so you got an entire aftermarket alarm system and left the entire stock system in place?

Honestly I've only seen people removing their factory alarm and installing a automatic starter with the alarm and door lock in one key. I think you would now how dual modules that opperate on separate systems so it might be impossible?

So which do you have, keyless entry or alarm? You could possibly just remove the alarm.
