Default anyone

i recently bought a msd distributor cap and rotor. I am confused as in installing the piece, i need help.

what are you comfused about. its 3 screw for the cap and 1 screw for the rotor. just amke sure you put the wires back in the right order

i heard you had to uninstall some parts before actually trying to install the new cap.

I recently changed mine. I got an '01 SH. All I had to do was remove the three screws that hold the distributor cap to the the distributor and the one screw off the rotor. You may have to turn the engine to expose the screw on the rotor. I got lucky, it just happened to be in the right spot when in turned the car off. I didnt have to mess with any wires though.

do you have to disconnect anything, like for example the battery.
