Prelude Radio Error?

Prelude Radio Error?
I got a radio off ebay. It works, I got the code from my Honda dealer, etc etc etc.
When I switch to CD mode, the 'disc in' light (green) is lit, but it says "P-E 1" When I hit eject, nothing hapens but the 'disc in' light goes away. No motor sounds, no nothing.
Help.

I put nothing in. I cracked the thing open, and it's filled with the remnants of rain and dust. There's also some burned cd stuck in there. I just filed claim with the seller.
