Default Power window issue

My drivers side power window will not go up. I can hear the motor going, but the window doesnt follow.

Did it just fall off track? If so, is it hard to fix?

Anybody experience this?

could be the missing teeth on the regulator
or the rubber bushing type thing on the window motor split apart

Just take off the door panel (carefully) and you will be able to see all the window stuff...should be easy to see what happened if you do that.

I mean the OP should take off his door panel, but oh well It looks like you would probably have to order the whole motor:

I can push the window up and down without any real resistance. The window will not function using the button what so ever.

I took it apart last night and I tried to line up the teeth again with the regulator I am assuming and it tried to go up, but it wasnt grabbing correctly.

Is it expensive to replace this part?

does the gear on the motor spin when you try to roll up/down the window?

Yes the motor spins. It seems like its not grabbing anymore. I tried to align it back with the teeth, but no luck.
