Default another sunroof question

ok in my 92 ls my sunroof used to open fine eventually it started to open slower and slower until now it just doesnt want to open at all and ive been stuck using the hand crank which gets really annoying lol, anyone tell me what i can do for to fix it myself?

if it gradually slowed down then the motor is most likely fried, which could have been caused by age, dirty tracks or both.
when you pull the headliner down check for voltage at the connector with the key on. if you have voltage and it doesn't work get a new/used motor, and clean and lube the tracks.

ebay= search for integra sunroof motor..
there are 3 or 4 on there now

clean and then lube. wd will be fine. if your curious about it you can hit up autozone and they have special lube for window tracks...

so my motor still works i lubed up the tracks and it still gets stuck at certain points and sometimes it just doesnt wanna open unless i give it a little help whats the most thorough way to get the tracks all cleaned up and lubed? im thinking i missed some spots or something

bump still haven't resolved my issue almostt did but not quite so when i hit the open switch i get nothing but when i start to push it and then hit the switch it opens perfectly fine like you wouldnt even know it has a problem which is what is trippin me out because i dont see how it can open perfectly fine once i give it a little push and not get stuck anywhere but then it will not close at alllll i mean it will but i have to straight up yank it the whole way so its like the tracks are dirty or something but only on the closing maybe its my motor??? i dunno lol any tips i dont know how to get in there and clean up my tracks, hints?? any helpful info would be much appreciated i miss driving without my sunroof open lol
