Reading the factory manual for my b18c. honda says that the maximum bore is 81.24mm or .010 over. aftermarket pistons for this size are hard to find. i found mostly 81.5mm or .020 oversize. i know you shouldn't but is it ok to bore the stock sleeves to fit a .020 piston

 

people here will tell you 82mm will be the max.
i used 81.50mm pistons on mine

 

i was using 81.5...now i gotta go 82mm hope i dont get any problems

 

82.mm is pushing it on stocks, 81.5mm is fine.
