While it is getting ripped apart, check for seal leaks? Or check valve lash and clearance.

The accessory belts you'll be removing.
Buy the OEM Honda timing belt kit from TAS Auto and the two tensioner pulleys and you'll be set.
You'll need to find a metric feeler gauge for the valves if you want to do that as well.

balancer shaft seals, cam seals, balancer shaft seal retainer (if not installed or if recommended for your model), crank seal, oil pump gear housing seal, timing cover seals, valve cover gaskets & tube seals & grommets, drive belts.

uh, no. You can use any set of feeler gauges to check the valve lash. The manual provides the numbers in both standard and metric. And if for some reason you only have the standard or metric values, divide the metric value by 25.4 to get the standard equivalent or if you only have the standard values then multiply it by 25.4 to get the metric equivalent.

I would only worry about the oil pump seal if it's leaking. And the timing cover seals aren't a big issue so I would only replace them if they were ripped up or not there at all.

-the accessory belts, it's a good time to replace them.
-the water pump.
-the timing and balancer shaft belts.
-For the cost of the seals (cheap), I would just replace the cam, crank and front balance shaft seals. Even if they aren't leaking, it's not worth having them start leaking between now and the next timing belt change.
-I generally change the tensioners just to be sure, but you dont really need to if they are still spinning nice and smooth.
-the valve cover gasket set

Thats all I can think of right now but I did lists of both parts and tools for this job in my write-up that can be found in the FAQ.
