need a manual tenisoner, front main oil seal

Should contact this guy to get your parts. He works for Honda up in MN and can get you great prices on parts. He saved me about $80 on T-belt parts and oil seals

add to that list a shim to hold the balance shaft seal in place, and also replace the balance shaft seal

cool, thank you for the advice. so, basically, don't replace my manual tensioner even if it is original? Replace the oil seal even if its been done before?

You've only got 115k and this is the second time changing it? Why?

The reason for the second timing belt change is time. The first one was done in early 2001 at 75k miles. Its been six years. Although I don't see it, the last time I was at Honda the techs said my belts are cracked and deteriorating. I don't see and I'm ****, but why push? There is an independent shop that will do the job for $150 in labor, I can't really beat that. Its time for new coolant anyway, been a few years.
