Have you been beating on your car?

Possibly a motor mount?

Wheel hop or an engine mount sound like possible culprits.

Wheel hop will make your dash shake, a hard bang sounds like a bad mount.

check your rear mount and the bolts that hold the bracket to the trans. i see those bolts loosen up and fall out alot from doing high rev launches alot. ive even seen tranys break where the bolts are.

how about driving it normally and not revving high before shifting into gear?

^ LOL

I agree, mounts. Mine are shot to ****, I get the banging and jerking all the time, if I'm not careful. It takes creative rev-matching to not slam the motor around on a downshift, haha.
