just wanted to post up my build. wanted to see if there was anything i might need to know before i started to build it. i searched all over honda tech and fould lots of b20 builds and wanted to start my own. comments would be greatly appreciated.

so far i been looking and i have read that the rs machine pistons was a good piston to buy so i just the 84mm rs machine piston. planning to just keeping the crank and rods stock just shotpeening the rods and micropolish and balance the crank. for the head i have a completely stock gsr head and the blox vtec conversion kit. i also have new water pump, new timing belt, and new oil pump.
havent decided on what cams to get so im just gooing to leave it stock for now and get it dyno with just the bottom end done. i'm hoping for about 190-200whp with just my setup. let me know what you guys think. thanks Ht

 

Make sure you run ARP rod bolts.

 

You're not going to be making a 190-200whp with a stock head. Better look into a mild port/polish, cams and valvesprings/retainers + injectors and a good tune.
