Default Radio Quit

I was listing to my radio when one of my wires to my output converter fell out and stiked the positive speaker wire and that caused my amp to go in protective mode. so i restarted my car and the amp went back to normal and my Head unit came on but nothing played out of speakers. I disconnected the amp and still nothing played out of speakers. The Amp only powered the 2 10s not the factory speakers. I checked all my fuses. I dont know if there is a protection mode on the head unit or if there is a fuses on the back of the head unit. Im just trying to see if there is any other way than me having to wire up new speakers and a head unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Car- 2002 Honda Accord 2dr. 6 speaker Factory.

Thanks
